Refunds

14 days if it doesn't import or isn't what it claimed to be.

The policy

If a paid item doesn't import, doesn't work as described, or isn't what the listing claimed — you have 14 days to get your money back.

That covers:

  • It won't import into the Mozaik version the listing said it supported
  • The listing said Includes CAM and it has no machining data
  • The files don't match the screenshots or description
  • The archive is broken or the README doesn't actually explain how to install it

What it doesn't cover

Changing your mind. These are digital files, and you have them the moment you buy — so "I decided I don't need it" isn't a refund, in the same way it wouldn't be at any other software store.

If you're unsure whether something is right for your shop, the gallery, the What's included file list, the reviews, and the comments are all there before you spend anything. Ask in the comments — sellers answer, and their replies are badged so you know it's really them.

How to request one

Open the item in your library and choose Request a refund, within 14 days of purchase. Tell us what went wrong — a sentence or two is enough.

A moderator reviews each request. That's not bureaucracy for its own sake: these are digital files, and once you've downloaded one we can't un-download it, so a person looks at each case rather than a script auto-approving everything. Requests where the item genuinely doesn't import or isn't as described are approved quickly.

If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method, and the item leaves your library — the entitlement is revoked. You'll get an email either way, with the reason.

For sellers

A refund reverses the sale, including your 85%.

Refunds are worth paying attention to, because they're almost always avoidable and they cluster around two causes:

  1. A README that doesn't really explain installation. This is why the README gate exists, and why "a file listing" doesn't satisfy it.
  2. An inaccurate Includes CAM flag. A buyer who needs machining data and gets a visual-only model will refund every time, and will be right to.

Both are fixed before you upload, not after.
