Your dashboard

The five tabs of the seller dashboard — overview, items, analytics, payouts, and inbox.

Once you've uploaded something, the dashboard is your home base. It has five tabs.

Overview

The top-line numbers: revenue this month, downloads this month, how many items you have live, and how many things need your attention. The revenue sparkline shows the last 30 days at a glance. Anything in "Needs attention" links straight to your inbox.

Items

Every listing you have, in every state — draft, in review, live, paused, or rejected — with its views, downloads, and conversion rate (downloads ÷ views), plus a Strength reading.

Strength is your listing-strength score for each item — how complete the listing is, and the single biggest thing still worth adding ("+ Add a training video"). Stronger listings rank higher and can earn a Complete listing badge, so it's worth clearing the gaps. It measures effort, not quality.

Two things you can do to a live listing right here:

  • Edit — change the title, description, tags, and price inline, and add the things that raise your Strength: a finished-product photo, a training video, the Mozaik versions you tested in, brand/model, and CAM. All of it goes live immediately and doesn't send the item back through review. One thing stays fixed: the item's web address. Once an item is published its URL is permanent, so changing the title won't move it — that keeps every existing link and search result working.

  • Pause — pull a listing from the catalog without deleting it. A paused item disappears from browse, search, and its own page, but stays in your dashboard and relists in one click, with no re-review. Buyers who already own it keep their downloads — pausing never claws back what someone has already purchased or saved.

  • New version — ship an improved file for the item, with a changelog. This is different from editing the details above: it's a new file, and it goes through the README/virus gate again. Old buyers keep their copy and are offered the update. See Shipping a new version.

Analytics

A views → downloads → sales funnel across all your items, a revenue chart over time, and your top items by views. Switch the window between 7, 30, and 90 days.

(Two things the design calls for aren't here yet: the search terms buyers used to find your items, and their geography. We don't record either at the moment.)

Payouts

Your Stripe balance (available and pending), your payout schedule, recent payouts, and a link into your Stripe dashboard where your tax forms live. If you haven't set up payouts yet, this is where you start — see Getting paid for the fee and onboarding details. Every sale also shows here with its gross, the 15% fee, and your net.

Inbox

The conversations you should be in: recent comments and reviews on your items (so you can reply), and open requests in the categories and brands you already sell in — demand you're positioned to fill.
